The Great Outdoors

We had a wonderful time at Rick’s Bar in Fargo, ND. Wednesday night, Kyle Christensen from Carmen The Cactus came out to celebrate his birthday. We had a wonderful time. Later in the evening, Kyle and fellow Cactus Travis Atwood got up and jammed with the band. I hope Kyle was able to function Thursday.

We head to South Heart, ND tomorrow for a street dance. We plan to hit the Badlands before coming home. Next week we will be enjoying the 4th of July in Fergus Falls, MN, Erhard, MN, and Hallock, MN. We got a few days of riding around to do. Hope the weather holds up.

We have finished day one at BAM Studio’s in Moorhead, MN. A very productive day indeed. We are trying to get one song complete this session to have it ready before summer is over. Tomorrow we tighten things up on the drums and start some editing. Jenny will be coming in over the weekend to lay down her bass and vocal tracks. It should be good. Come out and hear the song, A Day On, at all the gigs.

I was recently sent this video from Dave in Menomonie, WI. It is a good idea, and I am trying to figure out how to implement it when we go on the road. Maybe Stubby will fit the bill. What do you think?
