The Great Outdoors

We had a grand time at Shooter’s Saloon in Superior, WI this last week. As usual, the drinks were flowing, and the crowd was jumping. It was great to see all our friends. We’ve missed y’all.

Congrats to Dan the Man on his news of becoming a dad. We wish him the best. We celebrated a few birthdays too (Scott). Over the weekend, Jayson Michaels from KAT Country was hanging with The Great Outdoors. We had a good time with Ron Dawg, and Kevin. Both came out and joined us on stage for a few tunes. It was cool having the Girls Gone Wild bus right there too. Sometimes it is good to be me.

All in all, a superior week…..pun intended.

The Great Outdoors will be performing in Spring Lake Park, MN at Povlitzki’s On 65. Come out and have some fun with the band.

The Great Outdoors opened for Neal McCoy June 9, 2007 at The Red Horse Ranch Arena in Fergus Falls, MN. Neal is a wonderful talent. We enjoyed the show completely. You can see a few pics from the evening here.

After the concert, we closed the night in Great Outdoors fashion at the Silver Dollar in Elizabeth, MN, just a short 10 minute drive from the Red Horse Ranch Arena. We had plenty of people come from Neals show to finish up the night.
